ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Smart Irrigation System Using ARM7 Jan ‘13 - May ‘13
Designed and built an in-house moisture sensor for detecting the moisture content in the soil.
Designed a system to help the farmer in irrigating their lands based on the moisture content in the soil.
The irrigation system was implemented which could be operated remotely with the help of GSM.
The irrigation system sent text messages to the farmer’s cellular phone.
Implementing a 32-bit CPU with New ALU Architecture Nov ‘14 - Dec ‘14
Synthesized a 32-bit CPU with different adders.
Further enhanced the ALU Design by adding a 32-bit comparator block.
Implemented schematic and full custom based layout Tool: Cadence Virtuoso, 180nm technology.
Analysis of Transforms on 2-D images Jul ‘15 - Aug ‘15
Developed a software application to perform analysis of Gabor Transform, DWT and DCT on 2-D images.
The software application achieved was in menu driven approach and the algorithms is implemented using MATLAB.
Fast Fourier Transform on NoC Architectures Feb ’16 – Apr ‘16
Understood basic NoC behaviors and built a NoC prototype using SystemC modeling language.
Determined the utilization rates and queue sizes of the routers and processing elements.
Designed a NoC model that processes 8-point Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT).
