RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Quality improvement and defect elimination.

Quality maintenance and customers satisfaction.

PROJECTS

Project 1: Design and fabrication of internal grinding attached in lathe:

This project explains about the grinding process which is used internally to shape the material with good finish to achieve smoothness and removes the sharp edges in it. This process is done by attachment in lathe machine.

Project 2: Design and fabrication of disk type hybrid turbine-pump:

This project comes with an idea that coins a hybrid fluid transport and power generation in a single system. It is a two in one type which works in a Boundary layer effect. The main advantage is Zero cavitation and slurry particles can also take into account in the flow. This system incorporates a disk type turbine pump and a DC drive system.
