Startup in mobile payment based in Canada with over 30 private investors Accounting and HR Manager - In charge of HR and payrolls. Managed the Merchant data base and reorganized the legal files of the company. In charge of the vendors contracts and the office sublease. Bookkeeping of the company with Quickbooks for the US and Canadian Firm.
- ACCOUNTING: Managed the accounting of the US and Canadian firm using Quickbooks. Used bill.com for the AP. Gave monthly reports (P&L and BS consolidation)
- HR: Enrolled new employees for benefits, draft the contract, Managed the payroll bi-weekly thru ADP in USA and PowerPay in Canada, implement new benefits, and onboarded new employees. Assisted in the Hiring process especially for foreign employees (Visa). Assisted in recruiting international employees.

Finance Manager: Managed the financial and administrative aspects of the company, restructured and cut costs (divided by 6 in 8 months), refinanced the company (over $250,000 in public subsidies) and managed HR and legal issues.
