Successfully developed and implemented a uality, ME, & Tooling strategic plan with KPI’s to drive results.
Transformed the facilities and management accountability with a creation of a “War Room” and institution of daily “Huddle Meetings”, stoplights for responsibilities, master plans, governance, metrics and KPI’s to support Operations and company objectives.
Lead the development of processes and procedures with the creation of a Quality Manual, Paint Spec, Weld Spec, control of non-conforming products in line with ISO 9001.
