John Stoffer - Plant Manager 574-***-****) (Direct Boss)
Warehouse Manager / Special Project Engineer / Exports Manager:
I started the Lippert Aftermarket as the warehouse manager. I helped build an idea at its beginning into a multi-million dollar key division of Lippert, in the second largest building in St. Joseph County. I set up and trained each new employee, and was in charge setting up each department utilizing 5S/LEAN techniques. Inventory and quality control were a specialty as I helped to control the product in a Navision based computer system.
I also took over the Exports for Lippert where I headed up the crating, quality, and damage control of each shipment. I frequently dealt with the foreign customers through E-mail and over the phone.
I was a proud member of the safety, and charity committees.

Lance Feiler - CEO 574-***-****) (Direct Boss)
Assistant Plant Manager / Research & Development Technician:
I started on the Pilot/Passenger chair line that averaged 40 chairs a day. Within a couple of weeks, we were producing at 80 to 88 chairs a day. They moved me to the finish position and gave me an additional job. I was also stripping 6 to 12 chairs on top of what we were doing each day. This landed me the R&D job.
Through my successes at the R&D position they had hired a new Plant Manager and asked if I would assist him along with my R&D work. I then set up, reconfigured, & organized new & current production lines utilizing Lean techniques to make pockets more efficient. I set the guidelines of efficiencies for the production lines. Example; I was able to take a new rocker and streamline the pocket from 26 minutes to 12 minutes with 1 employee to complete the rocker. I also was the lead for quality, inventory control for the plant.

Bob Snyder - Plant Manager 484-***-****) (Direct Boss)
Tim Whalen – 3rd Shift Superintendent 574-***-****) (Direct Boss)
1st Shift Supervisor / 3rd Shift Supervisor:
I managed an automotive class plant, equipment, & production workers. I set up 2nd warehouse M.A.P. purchased, & controlled operations at that facility. I trained both employees and new incoming supervisors.
I provided inventory control each day in both raw and finished product. I took over 3rd shift Boards Dept. in where our success helped the department move from 6 days to 4 days production a week. With the success, we were having the superintendent asked that I help them with the Fabrication Dept. I accepted and had taken it from 61% to 75% efficiencies before I moved on.

(Out of business) Frank Thomas Crew Traffic Coordinator (No phone number) (Direct Boss)
Traffic Loop Technician / Foreman:
I started with a small crew in South Bend as a general laborer. Within 4 months I had worked myself into the Loop Crew foreman position. This was a position of long hours and travel. I took over a position that produced 8 detector loops a day at $2500.00 per loop. After I had full control my team averaged around 24 loops in a day. That was a $40,000.00 average increase. The company eventually was bought out, and went out of business.

Les Laplace - Plant Manager 574-***-****) (Direct Boss)
Foreman / Inventory Control:
I started running the shear upon my hire. Through consistency of hard work, I was given the opportunity of becoming management. I took over the 3rd shift where I easily showed trustworthy control and profitable shift completions. Instead of plant shutdowns for inventory I took on the inventory control by myself daily besides my other duties. This allowed the company to save money both on labor and lost profit time.

Scored high once again in A.I.T., and although small in stature, I was picked once again as a platoon leader. Physical Training was not enough of a challenge for me and I became an amateur boxer while in Basic also. I finished up my military career with an honorable discharge after 6 years.
