Assignments:
• From May 2005 to July 2006, worked as an inbound agent in Dell Customer care taking care of the various issues of the customers.
• Along with the core job of taking inbound calls audited the case logs of the team in order to improve the case log accuracy of the team. This helped in improving the overall team scores.
• Since July 2006 to June 2007 worked with the pilot batch of the CRA Team, which was also the pilot batch in the dialer process. The main task was to expedite the credit for the returns made by the customers. It was a backend process and the CRA team was a specialty queue.
• Along with the core job, have been making excel trackers in order to find the reasons which cause delay in releasing the customer’s credit.
• I have also been helping the other teams by providing them floor support in order to improve their scores. Due to business requirement, the CRA team was dismantled.
• Worked as a case manager in one of the teams for 3 months.
• Then moved to the chat process where supported customer queries online via live chat with the customer.
• Again due to business requirement chat process was dismantled and all the teams were moved to e-mail process.
• Since the requirement was more in the technical department, compared to Customer Care, most of the teams were moved to technical department, I was also moved as a technical support expert in chat process, where handled hardware related issues of the customers. Did troubleshooting via live chat.
Achievements:
• Have topped the stack ranks most of the time in the department and have been awarded as star of the quarter for the extra ordinary performance.
• Out of the four and a half years in Dell, twice have been rated as exceptional performer, in the annual stacks.
