I was part of the Leadership team which meant I took part in everything going on at the FMT level from new drill site location and equipment to incident investigations, lease reviews, work overs, new artificial lift equipment. I also filled in for the Operations Supervisor in his or her absence. Lean Six Sigma certified as a greenbelt. I had 2 projects that saved or generated revenue for the company 200,000 dollars.
