Construction Projects Manager
Continuous participation throughout the life-cycle of many projects in Southern California during the Design, Permitting process and the Construction stages.
Projects include Light commercial, Office buildings, Residential structures of wood, Structural steel, Residential and Commercial Rehabilitation, Tenant Improvement and Concrete buildings. Supervise and manage multiple projects concurrently amount up to $3 M. / Project

A Lump sum construction project consists of a basement and three floors fully finished.
Apr. 2008 – Jun. 2012 Project: Construction of Sultanate of OMAN Embassy $26 M.
A Quantitative construction project consists of two basements, and five floors fully finished.
Challenging working conditions including; high diplomatic profile neighborhood, restricted working hours and adjacent structures, which increased risks during excavation. Despite all these difficulties, all activities were completed safely, on time, and met customer’s satisfaction.
Created, and implemented unique design procedures to excavate 30 feet below grade while the water table is at 8.2 feet using diaphragm wall with soli grout injection, and a special water proofing system.
Managed all aspects of the projects including; technical, construction, quality, safety, MEP, subcontractors, and other functional areas. Finished successfully the project on schedule under budget by 4% ($1.1 M.)
Saved over $1.25 M. and 3 month ahead of the embassy project completion through conducting a value engineering exercise. Defined, Estimated and Processed Contract change orders in both projects with a total value of $3.5M.

Sept. 2005 - Apr. 2006 Project: Commercial & Residential buildings, Dubai- $70 M.
Managed the turnkey construction operations of twenty-four residential buildings, (3 and 4 story building) including all finishes. Managed the progress of all finishing crews, and sub-contractors activities to successfully complete the project on schedule.
