EDUCATION:
MS: Electrical Engineering, expected August 2016; University of Wyoming (UW), Laramie, WY
B.Tech: Electronics and Communication Engineering, May 2014; Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India
RELEVANT COURSEWORK:
Graduate Level: Spectral Estimation, Multicore Programming, Object and Pattern Recognition, Microwave and RF Circuits, Computer Network Hardware, Digital Image Acquisition
UG Level: Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Analog, Digital and Telecommunications, Control Systems
ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
Pattern classification using a multilayer (2-3-3) neural network (Fall 2015, Object & Pattern Recognition Course)
Compared performance of the neural network with a parametric classifier (Bayesian classifier) and a non-parametric (k-Nearest neighborhood relation) classifier
Based on supervised 2-D feature vectors, data was classified into one of the three classes using matlab
Neural networks are applied in order to eliminate the limitations of linear discriminants
Microcontroller Based Put Coin & Draw Power (February 2013, Under Graduate project)
The application of this project in real-time helps avoid misuse of electricity. This automated system makes billing easier and helps consumers use power effectively.
A system similar to payphones is developed that enables purchase of electricity prior to usage
Instructions to the Microcontroller is provided by implementing the code using Assembly language
Led project consisting a team of four peers and implemented it prior to deadline
