As a Customer Service Representative I have become very proficient at doing what needs to be done. I am able to be very pro-active and treat each task in a positive manner.
I handled inbound and outbound calls with clients assisting them with their websites. I also helped develop the websites so that the client obtained the optimum results they were looking for.
Frequently used Excel to develop spreadsheets consisting of charts and comparisons. Also created agendas before the calls and meeting minutes after, and distributing to those involved.

As a Customer Service Representative I began my development with communication. Early on in the position I found myself starting to notice verbal cues in conversations. This made the job more convenient because I knew the customers demeanor based off the tone in their voice.
I also learned how to manage multiple metrics that I could impact and would impact the site as well. Some metrics were easy, such as attendance. And others took more effort and call handling skills.
In 2010 I was promoted to a coach where I was entrusted to handle calls that had escalated. This could have been from upset customer to just a difficult problem. There I would also train associates on how to address the upset callers. Also I trained them on probing questions and how to uncover the true issue.
