Performs benefits administration to include communication with benefit vendors, monthly vendor billing reconciliation, claims resolution, change reporting and communicating benefit information to employees, including annual open enrollment. the Tribe, reconcile monthly. Receive goods & supplies and process receiving documents by purchase order number and maintain receiving files. Process bi-weekly payroll (from 150 up to 300 employees) and maintain related files. Proof time cards for accuracy and compliance; input data into payroll system, transmit accurately and timely. Maintain employee files (paper and automated) related to vacation, sick leave balances and compensation balances. Prepared and deposited daily bank deposits.
