P & L Management – Manage bottom line profit of Manufacturing Division.

Annual Business Plan – Define capital budgets, improvement project time lines, key performance measurements and a 5 year strategic plan.

Customer Service – Define and implement “Service Level Agreements”

Team Member Development - Establish training programs for safety, production processes, leadership roles, scheduling and purchasing.

Productivity – Used “Lean Manufacturing” and “Kaizen” tools to achieve 5% or better productivity improvement each year.

Inventory Control – By reducing set up and cycle times of mfg. processes, inventory turns increased from 4 to 14.6 while improving customer service.
