Provided human resource assistance and administrative assistance for 1,000 basic combat training personnel and 120 permanently assigned personnel on a daily basis. Created Standard Operating Procedures on the process of how evaluation reports, awards, USR, UMR, mail, promotions, leave and pay issues should be received and processed daily. Financial and leave problems were decreased by 40% due to the operating procedures created.
