PROJECT DETAILS

Title: Screening of antioxidants for phytochemicals of diabetic complications: an Insilco approach.

Duration: 4 months

Description: To analyze binding mode of phytochemicals and targets involved in the diabetes. We have

evaluated 14 targets and their inhibitors of plant origin. The phytochemicals that are studied are from some common Indian spices and medicinal plants like onion, garlic cinnamon etc. The result shows that dietary phytonutrients can be better solutions to combat chronic disease like diabetes.
