Corporate HR

Performance Management System

Designed end to end performance appraisal formats and prepared KRAs & KPIs for all the

positions in the Hospital.

Automated the entire system of performance appraisal

Ensured that the process is fair, accurate and managed appropriately.

Train Managers on the performance appraisal system

Analysis of the entire Appraisal data of the organization to derive the final rating of every

employee

Coordinated one to one discussion on performance issues by managing employee manager

relationship

Ensure further improvement/development in coordination with the Learning and Development

team

Implemented the increments, incentives and other remunerations as per policy.

Record and store the individual performance record as per the requirement of NABH

standard.

Devising and rolling out HR policies and procedures in line with the organizational
