Performance Management System
Designed end to end performance appraisal formats and prepared KRAs & KPIs for all the
positions in the Hospital.
Automated the entire system of performance appraisal
Ensured that the process is fair, accurate and managed appropriately.
Train Managers on the performance appraisal system
Analysis of the entire Appraisal data of the organization to derive the final rating of every
employee
Coordinated one to one discussion on performance issues by managing employee manager
