Provide daily subject matter expertise, support and technical interpretations on export

authorizations, classification for commodities, technical data, technology, services provided,

software, and testing processes for the UTAS Sensors & Integrated System business unit

pursuant to all applicable Export/Import Laws and Regulations and UTC and UTAS guidelines.

Provide technical interpretations of the scope of Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) and

Export Licenses per International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration

(EAR), as required.
