1. Point of Sale for Auto/Home Insurance Client: Hanover Insurance Mar 2009 – May 2010 Hanover insurance is a publicly traded insurance company providing insurance in United States of America. Point of Sale is an insurance application for providing auto and home insurance quotes and policies for customers. This project focused on enhancing the existing system by replacing the hardcoded rules with PEGA Rule Engine. Rules are configured in the PEGA rule engine for easier maintenance. These rules were called Knock out Rules and used to validate the applicant information. This project also provides a seam less integration of Data flow from the POS application with the external replacement cost valuation application called MSB. This enabled the applicant to be redirected to the external website and calculate the cost. Role : Developer

& folders created in the Team Connect to be replicated in the enterprise level content management system
(Documentum). Documentum is an enterprise content management tool. Team Connect is an internal system which is used for document creation. Team Connect exports the document creation information as a XML file. Replication tool will parse these XML files and create the corresponding folders & files using the DFS
(Documentum foundation services).

6. Top Data Migration Client: CUNA Mutual Group Apr 2012 – Mar 2013 CUNA Mutual Group is a mutual insurance company that provides financial services to credit unions and its members. The TOP project is to manage and execute the data migration of all the CPI plans to Escape retirement system through an automated tool based mechanism, which could be extended for the future mergers and acquisitions (M&A) by CUNA Mutual.
Data migration for around 3500 plans from CPI systems to Escape system Data migration of the following information from Superbase/SRT systems at CPI to Escape database, in multiple iterations

DSI is a Web based scanning & indexing system, which allows users to remotely index or scan documents using web browser. Works well with any TWAIN complaint scanner. DSI performs Bar-code detection, blank page separation, Image cleanup. DSI provides simplified interface for admins to create scan/index projects, view the summary of indexed batches and create reports on scanned/indexed batches. DSI is a .Net 4.0 Web application as the front end system along with dispatch windows service for uploading the documents into the P8 system in a distributed manner, This 2 tier feature allows the DSI to upload the documents to P8, even if P8 system is down and dispatch service would upload once the P8 is back online.
