MANAGING DIRECTOR at Humiclima Jamaica Ltd, 2010 - 2015 Selected by the board of directors to lead operations and projects in Jamaica for HUMICLIMA EST, S.A (GRUPO COBRA/ACS), Spanish international company leader in experience, capacity, design and implementation of comprehensive HVAC-Mechanical and MEP projects for tourism, industrial, residential, and public sector from design to start-up, commissioning and maintenance, serving on some projects as estimator and/or Project Manager and involved at negotiation, project performance and closing-out for each project assigned to Jamaica.

Responsibilities:

Direct the company’s activities, providing leadership and overall guidance in both the administration and operation of the company with over 500 employees.

Prepare and review annual budget, implementing cost reduction strategy and achieving a cost reduction of 30% in overheads.

Conduct the company’s business development in the country, expanding the client portfolio 50% and increasing projected company’s revenue every year.

Support and oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts including project LOI’s, site leases, safety documents, engineering and construction agreements.
