Used 3D laser scanners to reverse engineer five vehicles for durability, crash and NVH analysis.
Created and cleaned STLs in Polyworks to generate CAD entities such as feature curves, surfaces, and parametric sketches
Produced high quality shell and tetra meshed models along with connection points and trim masses.
Compare and validate meshed models so that the analysis will be as accurate as possible.
Created bill of materials and bill of process for the multiple vehicles we worked on.
