network links.
• Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using
hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operation and control panel displays and compare readings to specifications to
detect malfunctions.
• Modify cutting programs to account for problems encountered during operation and save modified
programs.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from work pieces, using files, hand grinders, wire brushes,
or power tools.
• Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using
precision.
