Reduced NPT from 8% to under 2% fully using present systems and bringing a Maintenance Superintendent into office.

Closed down South East Asia operations and extracted all of the assets to the Middle East.

Area Manager (Middle East) - HSE, P & L and operational responsibility for Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan and Iraq. Thirty (31) land rigs ranging from 750 to 3000 HP Land Rigs. My success attributed to strong Management and Maintenance teams.

The THIR improved by 29%, TRIR improved by 23%, IPR improved by 12% between 2007 and 2011. The LTIR increased by 18% between the same period.

Four Rigs have completed over ten (10) years without an LTI (two over 12 years).

Consistent delivery of EBITDA between 30% and 35 % annually between 2008 and 2011

Reduced NPT from 2.71% in 2008 to 1.45% in 2011.

We won new contracts valued at $383 million for Kuwait and $301 million for Saudi Arabia.

Reduced the purchase process from 14 to 6 days using Kaufman International in KSA.

Started twenty Six (26) Rigs in six (6) different Countries with 30% of the rigs in Iraq and Pakistan. Iraq and Pakistan were started by the relevant management team only.

Never shut down for Floods, strikes, political chaos, bombings and evacuations.

Operations Manager "Performance Manager", Assisted in making significant improvements in the Technical Limit Process working for bptt offshore Trinidad. Constellation I and minor work with the Monitor.

Associated with the re-completion of three (3) wells in record time for bptt offshore Trinidad and Tobago with the Constellation I.

We discovered the 24-hour pre-operation meetings carried more weight than the After Action Review Meetings. Pressed NOV to repair equipment on Constellation 1.
