Work Experience:

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation Landing Gear and Hydraulic Systems (2013-present)

Engineer II (2014-present)

-Responsibilities: G650 Hydraulic System, G450/G550 Hydraulic Systems, Large Cabin Special Missions, G650 Autobrake System, G650 Tire Pressure Monitoring System

-Technical lead for G650 Autobrake System certification testing, production cut-in, and fleet action

-Led G650 Tire Pressure Monitoring System software redesign, production cut-in and fleet action

-Led a multidisciplinary team to design cast reservoir tanks to achieve a cost savings of $1.5 million per year across three platforms

-Technical lead in design effort to incorporate aerial refueling on G550 aircraft

-Evaluated proposals for Special Missions aircraft, provided estimates, and provided systems integration direction

Engineer I (2013-2014)

-Responsibilities: G450/G550 Landing Gear Indication and Control, G450/G550 Auxiliary Hydraulic Systems, G650 Tire Pressure Monitoring System

-Conducted tradeoff study for G650 weight reduction identifying over 100 lbs. of weight savings

-Conducted systems integration testing for G650 Tire Pressure Monitoring System

-Led effort to improve reliability of G450/G550 aux pump shutoff valve

-Developed hydraulic system flushing procedure for in service G650 aircraft

-Designed vent for G650 ecology bottle and coordinated production cut-in and fleet action
