About Organization: KALISINDH THERMAL POWER PLANT is one of the largest Project, which is held in Jhalwar dist., Rajasthan. There are two largest generation units of 600MW. The project is undertaken by Rajsathan Rajya Vidhyut Udpadan Nigam Limited (RRVUNL).This Project covered about 700-800acer land & the total cost of this project is about 8000 crores.

Job Profile: Working as a Mechanical Maintenance trainee Engineer, I have to coordinates the subcontractors during the erection of equipments of Wagon tippelers, Stacker, Crusher, side arm charger etc.

TRAINING & INDUSTRIAL VISIT:

One month industrial training under “BGR ENERGY SYSTEM LIMITED” in “KALISINDH THERMAL POWER PLANT” Project, Rajasthan.

10 weeks training in “Smart Product Design methods & Process in Mechanical Industry” conducted by “ABHIYANTRA TECHNOLOGIES” Bangalore.

3 days Industrial Pneumatics training in” BOSCH REXROTH INDIA PVT. LTD.” Ahmadabad.

Two day industrial visit to “RAICHUR THERMAL POWER STATION” Karnataka.

PROJECT UNDERTAKEN:

One month academic project completed under “HMT MACHINE TOOLS LIMITED” Bangalore Complex.

Project Title: Design of Hydraulic Clamping Fixtures for Gear Hobbing H-250 CNC Machine & Gear Shaping WS1 machine.

Project Details: Aim of the project was to improve the productivity and quality of gears.

The following factors were considered during designing.

4. Study of loading and unloading elements.
