1) Responsible for the daily operations, compliance and regulatory matters, and over site of
contractual relations with the NYC government. Overall management and operations of two
branch offices. Created policy and procedure manual for operations and clinical process to
comply with JCAHO regulations. Created quality initiatives to maintain JCAHO status.
Constructing new proposals for additional growth initiatives.
Responsible for operational and financial management, set up billing systems and electronic remittance with reimbursement agencies. Provide quality and appropriateness of the patient care and service delivery. Policies and the procedures pertaining to the delivery of the healthcare services and recommendations on changes to the governing authority for adoption. Deliver

Recruitment, Marketing Director/ Administrator:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all marketing sales and recruitment of
paraprofessional, including collateral, social media marketing, events planning, e-lead generation, advertising campaigns. Established a marketing team to assist with reaching out into new counties. Negotiated managed care contracts and subcontracted for paraprofessional and professional staff. Developed a PPS team for compliance to ensure consistency across data with clinicians, and
created work flows for CHHA operations.
Organization provides a wide range of home care services, including high tech. to 500+ clients
with HIV/AIDS in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Responsible for overall operations of the program
including Ryan White grant management. Restructured and enhanced quality initiatives, ensure
continued compliance with regulations. Managed 100+ professional and clerical staff, augmented
by fee-for service home health providers. Increased census from 150-600 patients, responsible for
a $32 million dollar budget.

Oversees and responsible for coordination of marketing and recruitment, events planning, e-lead

for the new Long Term Home Health Care Program. Developed and organized new office space in the Bronx for programs and hired new staff members.
