Recruitment, Marketing Director/ Administrator:

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all marketing sales and recruitment of

paraprofessional, including collateral, social media marketing, events planning, e-lead generation, advertising campaigns. Established a marketing team to assist with reaching out into new counties. with HIV/AIDS in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Responsible for overall operations of the program

including Ryan White grant management. Restructured and enhanced quality initiatives, ensure

continued compliance with regulations. Managed 100+ professional and clerical staff, augmented

by fee-for service home health providers. Increased census from 150-600 patients, responsible for

a $32 million dollar budget.

Oversees and responsible for coordination of marketing and recruitment, events planning, e-lead

for the new Long Term Home Health Care Program. Developed and organized new office space in the Bronx for programs and hired new staff members.
