Lead all development of products with Manufacturing Process Engineering team. Monitor & control product time, cost, quality & risks throughout product lifecycle. Also, that all the risks are mitigated and products are delivered within agreed timeframe & allocated budget. Ensure that all business/technical requirements are met & an end-to-end quality product is delivered to the customer.

Verify and analyze to confirm whether Engagement and Transition Activities are completed on time for incremental work.

Baseline Management: Provide support in identifying, validating and monitoring contract baselines and management level decisions.

Cost/Recover & Financial Management: Drive the monthly Turnover, Expenditures, and Budgets and handle financial management on the account of all departments and allocate department expenditure budgets as approved/required

3rd Party Vendor Management: Work as a Service Guardian & collaborate with vendors to ensure that vendors meet their deliverables & KPI’s as per the quality contract.

Selection & Allocation of Resources: Select & allocate resources for smooth service operations & delivery of projects. Also, plan the allocation of resources for both onshore & offshore operations keeping revenue & GP in consideration.
