Performance Management System

Key team member of the performance management team which implemented the web- based 360 degree performance appraisal system in REIL.

Chalked out a roadmap for the new appraisal systems and prepared the supporting materials and documentation.

Conducted workshops with Departmental Heads & their respective teams educating them about the new appraisal system.

Closely worked with the department heads to set KRA’s and KPI’s for their respective team members.

Conducted follow workshops to answer the queries of employees and Department Heads.

Campus Recruitment

Shortlist the universities for campus recruitment and screen resumes as per the requirements sent by departmental Heads.

Training and Development

Revamped the induction program for the GET’s (Graduate Engineering Trainees) joining through Campus placements. Was a key team member in the planning and execution of an extensive 4 week induction module including class room sessions, field trips and outdoor team building activities. Planned and conducted Induction Programs for new lateral employees.

Worked on the subject material of the training and worked closely with the trainers in the periodic enhancement and addition of current case studies in the training material given to the trainees.

Planned and Conducted DRUM (Distribution Reforms and Upgrades Management) Programs conducted by Reliance in collaboration with USAID.
