2005 – 2012 Front Office Receptionist, Augusta Rehabilitation Associates, 1355 Independence Drive, Augusta, Ga 30901.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

-Greet and collect information for signing patients in to the office for service

-Collect co-pay and verify insurance

-Complete patients’ visit with follow-up appointments and other vital information

-Prepare patient’s charts for the physician

-Arrange and/or rearrange patient’s appointment as necessary

-Transcribe physician orders

-Answer multiple phone lines

-Call in prescriptions to the patient’s designated pharmacy
