Commissioning of three (03) SIEMENS Gas Turbine (SGT-400) and Compressors (STC-SV 10-7-B) Trains including Foxboro I/A Series DCS System, Triconex Combined Safety System, Power House

(Cummins Gas & Diesel Gensets), MCC, Plant Utilities including Potable/Service water, Inert Gas, Instrument/Service Air and UPS Packages.

Successfully designed and commissioned Gas Gensets External Cooling Water System Modification with M/s Schneider Electric, consisting of 03 no. cooling water pumps and 03 no. cooling water towers based on Primary / Secondary / Tertiary operation for 01 operation and 02 Standbys.

Designed and successfully commissioned new Effluent Injection Pumps Control scheme for Rotojet Centrifugal Pumps and Reciprocating Pumps including all safeties, motor starters and electrical power management from MCC.

Prepared detailed scope of work with M/s Siemens for conversion of Radial Bus Bar Scheme of MCC to Ring Main Scheme and sectionalization of bus bar for improving reliability of MCC.

Completed power transfer project of 255kW from KFGCS to DHP plant. Prepared SLD, panel drawings, specifications for components and performed commissioning.

Performed major overhauling of gas tribune SGT-400 with M/s Siemens, gas engines QSV 91G with M/s Cummins, switchgears Sivacon 8PT, EXD motors, Regulators and Control valves.

Developed Electrical and Instrumentation Workshops by designing layout, selecting furniture and tools. Implemented 5S as per total productive maintenance strategy.

Actively Participated in Annual turn around by performing different jobs of Loop checking of Instruments, Inspection and maintenance of UPS (uninterrupted power supply), Calibration of Level, temperature, pressure, flow transmitters.
