As the temporary Sales Coordinator I was in charge of handling the leads for the sales department as well as helping the managing staff with their day to day needs. My tasks where answering client’s emails and derived them to the sales department, different typical labors of receptionist and secretary, forwarding the leads, filter all calls to the correct departments. During my stay I was also asked to translate the website from English to Spanish as well as some parts of the brochure.
