Achievements

Organised, planned, produced, and project managed a summer ball function for other 300 British Army personnel.

Liaise with multiple delivery companies. To ensure the correct delivery catering supplies on time. Also had to do accounting, stick to a budget. Run a successful team of fifteen chefs. Change rosters to ensure we had a proactive and a hardworking team. Take complete responsibility for the whole operation. Had to prepare a specific location, and order fuel for the kitchen. Also delegating jobs to my subordinates equally, thus gaining motivation and moral. The result was a successful event, everything ran smoothly, and got a letter from the Commanding Officer praising our efforts.
