Assistant to CEO, Ehrenberg and Associates, January 2006 – May 2008

Assisted as needed in this Insurance and Finance office. There were major staff issues which I filled in as needed. I managed the telephones, messages, schedules for CEO and visiting dignitaries, completed forms, drafted correspondences and organized office and as needed.

Temporary, Clerical and Administrative Assistant Wake Forest Bowman Gray Hospital, Winston-Salem, NC November 1993 – March 1995

Served as needed in a variety of clerical positions. I had a long term assignment for the Chair of the Cardiology Department; also a receptionist, clerk, secretary and Administrative Assistant.

Administrative Assistant to the Director: Jewish Federation of Arkansas, Little Rock, Arkansas, 1993 – 1993. Returned to the Federation. There was a major staff change and there was no one else in the state who had worked at the Federation. I worked with the new Director as organized the agency.
