Responsibilities & Primary duties:

Team Lead:

Mentor a group of employees to achieve assigned productivity & quality targets by motivating employees work. Handled max team size of 30 members with different projects.

Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance.

Monitor and take action on personnel/disciplinary issues.
