General Responsibilities As Renovations Manager, responsible for day to day management and operation of projects assigned. Ensure that projects proceed with the required quality, schedule and budget. Directly supervise project progress and communications with Regional Directors, Leasing Staff, Maintenance Teams, Project Coordinators, Renovation Supervisors, Crew Leaders and Crews as well as vendors, suppliers and contractors.

Duties/Skills

Create and submit scopes, schedules, budgets, plans and permits to contractors and crews to ensure timely interior renovations on an accelerated schedule

Track project status, through site visits and efficiency training with crews to ensure smooth flow of operation and meeting completion deadlines

Maintain daily workload for renovation crews to ensure success of goals set and resolve conflicts of schedule should they arise.

Process invoices, time sheets, preform daily scheduling, reporting and updating of projects to include additional administration duties as needed.

Accomplishments Managed a unique and environmentally sensitive site on Estero Bay while maintaining full daily operations for the Marina at a project cost of 18 million.

2003-2007

General Responsibilities Project Manager of “The Quarry”, a five phase single family, carriage and estate homes project, directed and monitored 10 Superintendents and multiple subcontractors for quality, scope, change order compliance, code compliance and customer satisfaction. Worked directly to deliver 100% complete homes and amenities on time.

Accomplishments Oversaw the creation of residences ranging from $400k to over $1M, over 400 acres of preserves, 350 acres of lakes, 18 hole golf course with clubhouse, beach club, guardhouse security and individual resident boat docks. Worked with Sharp Corporation to provide and install storable solar power for new homes.

The Quarry was Florida’s first project to integrate storable solar on production scale for new homes.

Rate 9.3 out of 10 on Customer Satisfaction by J. D. Power & Associates by homeowners in post close surveys.

The Quarry was awarded Best Community in Florida by Centex Corp in 2006
