I have been working in DHL Global Forwarding since 2005, around 10 years in this field with three roles which are Customers Service, Field Sales, Chinese Help Desk (Commercial) in Los Angeles, USA. In this period, I take the responsibility of customs service, general operation, sales skill and trade lane function, providing whole logistics service to all local customers, including airfreight, sea freight, domestic delivery, warehousing etc.
