Currently working as Associate Manager in testing and handling multiple test deliveries for new features built into Duck Creek Billing system. I have prior work experience that comprises of Claims and Policy. My roles and responsibilities:

This is one of the major CCIS implementations for Allstate client who is USA's largest publicly held personal lines insurer. Claim Components (CCS) is a Web-based solution which supports all lines of business from first notice of loss (FNOL) through to financials and reserve management. Accenture has customized CCS for the client in Property and Casualty segment. The application has integration with different other applications that involves medical bill processing tool, property and auto damage estimation tools, etc. Because of this integration the application enables fast, fair and consistent claims handling and results in customer delight.

My role and responsibilities:

As a test lead I was involved in team management and test management activities to ensure that release is delivered on time with good quality and is within estimated budget.

1.Prepared detailed project plan in MSPS for individual test phases.

2.Ensured timely project delivery with good quality.

3.Managed different test activities that include test preparation and test execution. Test preparation includes Test Analysis, Test build and Test Review. Test execution includes Sanity Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing.

4.Analyzed and managed project metrics. Suggested and implemented process improvements based on the analysis.

3. Worked on Regression testing. Because this application is based on existing system, focused more on regression so as to make sure that the existing functionality is intact and unaffected because of new changes introduced in the system.

5. Performed Test script reviews of important CCS modules and integration interfaces.
