I implemented resizing the logistics network located in the region of São Paulo (capital and countryside), which resulted in:

As part of that process, I worked in the development and implementation of a Macro Distribution Center, and I was responsible for the analysis of economic feasibility in the implementation of special projects such as:

Manufacturing

I coordinated the development, assembly and implementation process for the Jundiaí plant (the largest and most modern Coca-Cola plant in Brazil). From the project’s inception, I was responsible for:

•selection and training of operating teams (assembly, production, maintenance and quality)

•increased capacity building, based on the principles of Coca-Cola Total Quality System

•factory certification in ISO 9000 standard and the implementation of the Total Quality System Coca-Cola

Developed and implemented processes to improve and modernize the Refrigerantes Bauru S/A plant that transformed the operation into the best in the nation and for three consecutive years, the company received the best system manufacturer award. Participated in the design and construction of the Marília City facility, a subsidiary of Refrigerantes Bauru S/A, the second best operation in Brazil.

Transport

Responsible for transport and maintenance fleet, I implemented procedures that included:

•direct delivery operation from 4 factories to over 2,000 large customers and supply to 18 distribution centers with 100% guarantee delivery on time

•manage the maintenance of its fleet of 1250 trucks delivery (32 ') + 250 trailers (53') + 1,000 cars

•US$ 3 million cost savings in freight due direct delivery to Kaiser Breweries

•annual savings of US $ 2 million due to reduction in the number of maintenance workshops in 86%

Distribution

I designed and implemented an innovative system for storage, handling and distribution for Coca-Cola that has resulted in the design becoming the basis for other centers, and it won the corporate “best distribution center” award for three consecutive years.
