Monitors and controls the water supply, transmission and storage systems through a supervisory control and data acquisition, SCADA system. Analyses and acts appropriately.

Fully aware the SCADA system and command to control the trouble shooting and decision maker in the emergency period.

Knowledge of operation with SCADA process.

Lead team of operators, assistants and labourer to carry out operation duties.

Respond to scada alarms.

Check all the running Equipment’s of the plant, respond immediately in emergency activities.

Isolate any train under maintenance and adjust flow split necessary.

Assign duties for operators, Assitants and help them in managing their duties.

Keep drying beds data for daily activities.

Monitoring and operation of step screen, bar screen, rotary drum screen, grit removal system, oil and grease removal system.

Operation and maintenance of chlorine system.

Operation and maintenance of OCF system including acid cleaning of OCF scrubber.

Operation of main feed pumps to secondary treatment.

Operation of HV- Turbo Blowers for aeration purpose in tank and digesters through local mode and remote mode.

Knowledge of all types of valve and pressure gauge.

Operation knowledge of odour control facilities (two stages and three stages).

Knowledge of all instruments (FIT, LIT, PIT,TIT,TOC,Turbidity,PH,Conductivity & H2S measurement ultrasonic and Huber system).

Capable to take quick action in the case of emergency like (power failure, pressure line broken).

Capable to start and shutdown the plant according to the condition.

Fully aware of using safety appliances regarding job.

Knowledge of diesel generator (D.G) operation at time of main power failure.

Responsible for chemical dosing such as hypochlorite, sodium hydro-oxide, Hcl, Polymer, Phosphoric acid, ferric chlorite, Urea, Citric acid, Sodium Bisulphite and chlorine.

Operate and maintained the waste water treatment plant and pumping station and all valve chamber (Air valve chamber and wash out chamber).

Operate and maintained the all types of valve like gate valve, swing check valve, ball valve, globe valve, plug valve, butterfly valve and pressure safety valve.

During operation check of drive periodically and take care of unusual noise of temperature, leakages, loose fastening elements, the state of electrical cable.

Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain the water/sewage treatment process, and storm water and sludge management.

Assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery.

Maintain open communications with Operation engineer regarding the treatment process and pump stations operation and malfunctions, as well as make recommendations for repairs and improvements to these systems.

Able to perform daily checks of the Water/Sewage treatment process and periodic checks of pump stations.

Have a thorough knowledge of mechanical equipment and the ability to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction.

Have the ability to work with independence and to make routine decisions on the operation of the plant processes and equipment during the Engineer absence.

Having sound knowledge of all types of pumps, valve, actuator, pressure and gravity lines. Mainholes and all types of valve chambers.

Inspection, Operation & Monitoring of Fire training props Utilities(like LPG system to props, Gasoline to props,LPG vaporiser unit, cooling water system, instrument air system and draining system and its pump).

Having knowledge to initiate the pilot from control console to make it ready for active fire training.
