JOB & RESPONSIBLIES:-

1. Complete Checking of Inventory.

2. Checking of P.O as issued by the company.

3. Maintaining Records of Inventory.

4. Cross Checking of Issued Material, MRN & RGP.

5. Sending faulty Report to seniors.

6. Receiving of faulty spares From Sites & Sending to Concentrated Co. for Repair.

7. Lessening with Site Engr. For Faulty Spares.

8. Tracking the Spare parts From Store to Concerned Company.

9. Sending MIS monthly and weekly Report to seniors.

10. Tracking the Spare Parts with S.No’s. Checking of faulty Material for fault, Id, Concerned

Engr.

11. Maintaining of all Issued Material Details.

12. Preparation of sale invoice by MS Dos & MS Excel.

13. Monitor/Execute receipts operation, Storage and dispatches in Warehouse.

14. Conduct physical verification of` inventory on weekly and monthly basis and reconciling

with systems stocks.

15. Assisting in stock audit of ISO.

16. Responsible to maintain FIFO System

2. All Commissioning & Complaints Reports update in Online (ORC) Software

3. Maintain the IRD File in (ORC) Online and Excel Sheet

4. Proper filing of all Commissioning & Complaints Reports

5. Update Customer Purchase Order in System & File Records

6. Handling Installation and Commissioning Payment Bills & update in System and Register

and filing customer wise

7. Coordinate all Pending form "C"

8. D.G Sale & D.G Commissioning/Installation Bill Submission work
