HR/HRIS Manager

Manager Recruiting Division for Gaming establishment with over 2500 employees.

Information Systems Manager including Human Capital Management software including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Accounting and Timekeeping platforms.

Accomplishments

Instrumental for initiating discussions and meetings with the Louisiana State Police Gaming Police, Casino executive management, and legal representation. These meetings led to “amendments and clarifications” on key inequities between the state governance laws for Casino as compared to other state casinos.

Accomplished numerous Human Resources software conversions effectively reducing transactional processing by 82% for HR, 96% for payroll processing, resulting in increased accuracy and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Successful implementation of Talent Management system, improving applicant flow by over 700% per month, increasing qualified candidates by 400% for potential hiring along with implementation of electronic assessments that created consistent hiring decisions and reduced open positions by 300%.
