Maintenance Technician/ Lead Technician/Planner Project Manager/Site Services Coordinator March 2004 - 2016 Novo Nordisk, Inc. Clayton, NC

Lead technician for installation, validation, and continuous production for multiple automated production lines in a 24/7 Pharmaceutical environment. Project manager for several projects bringing major high-speed production lines into the plant from Europe. Worked with teams from Denmark, France, Germany, and Switzerland to develop, build, transport, install, validate, and bring lines into production quickly exceeding required OEE proficiency. Developed teams, hired operators and technicians, and developed and administered training for new operators. Maintained the lines as the work cell leader.

Created and managed Sop’s, Validation protocols, Safety standards, and all FDA, GMP, and regulatory requirements related to production maintenance operations.

Performed hands-on troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and automated systems. Lead in programming and troubleshooting several PLC’s including Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, General Electric, and Honeywell. Experience with operation and troubleshooting of low control voltage 5 to 24V DC and up to 480V AC. Calibrations experience including temperature devices, flow devises, weight devices, and pressure devices. Worked on all sizes of AC and DC motors including Servo and Stepper motors.
