Lead Senior Analyst-provided direct Program Management Support to the 576th Aircraft Sustainment Squadron (ACSS) ; responsible for acquisition and sustainment, reporting critical cost, schedule, and performance data of the U-2 and RQ-4 (Global Hawk) Weapon Systems to senior leadership. Programs included, but were not limited to: U-2 Airframe, Avionics, AN/ALQ-220 (Electronic Warfare), Engines, Remote Airborne Sensor, AN/ASQ-230 (Advanced Signals Intelligence Payload), Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar, Optical Bar Camera, Life Support, RQ-4 and Senior Year Electro-optical Reconnaissance System.

Directly assisted Squadron Director in the execution of $650M budget, management and oversight of 160+ personnel.

Monitored timelines of critical Group, Wing, Center, MAJCOM and Air Staff suspenses and reviewed each for potential issues to be addressed. Oversaw 576 ACSS/CL coordination and approval on all responses guaranteeing 100% compliance

Squadron representative for development of 560th Aircraft Sustainment Group (ACSG)/CC Strategic Roadmap. Provided program inputs into master blueprint for Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance sustainment operations based on People, Process, Performance, and Infrastructure. Identified key U-2 planning/sustainment inputs, and program activities (3-5 years) to extend U-2 beyond projected retirement date.

Program Budget Decision 720 Executive Board Level Meeting Secretariat for the 560 ACSG/CC and 576 ACSS/CL. Managed all documentation for the U-2 Aircraft Divestiture effort (per Public Law 109-364, SECDEF certification to Congress no longer mitigating gaps in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance capability) and details of each meeting/site-visit.
