1.Process Improvement

-Designed X5 Vacuum Controller Checker (CAP HEAD PARTS)

This inspection machine is designed to check the parts if it passed the standard measurement and to detect no good parts. This machine is much more reliable and repeatable than manual visual inspection.

2.Machine Intelocks For Quality and Safety Purposes

Main Goal for Interlock Installation is to prevent a user from unsafe actions. For example, a guard may be interlocked to prevent machine operation when a guard is removed or a control may be interlocked to make it non-operational if a dangerous condition will result.

Created and Designed Machine Interlocks for 61 Various Injection Machines.

-Product Drop Interlock

-Mold Temperature Interlock

-Additional Safetty door Interlock

-Aditional Emergency Button Interlock

3. Energy Savings

Automatic Turn-off of Feeder Motor when it’s 5 minutes idle.

-Aplicable for Press stamping Machines that are using Automatic Feeder Machines.

-This project is to conserve energy while machine is in stand-by mode.

4. Machine Convertion/Restoration (due to obselete parts)

-due to obselete PCB parts, the Hopper Drier machine was not able to be fuctional, so i’ve decided to design and convert the pcb board to a convertional control circuit. Designing the electrical diagram and and its mechanical parts to make the machine functional.
