Selected Accomplishments:
Part of a team that grew the company from 750 employees to over 2800 employees.
Developed and grew the “Dexter Institute” training program and institution.
Successfully negotiated over 10 collective agreements with three different unions
Oversaw change in safety culture which resulted in a significant improvement in safety of over 850% and a Workers Compensation savings in excess of $500,000.
Oversaw the management of the company’s group insurance and pension plans that resulted in reduced management fees and no cost increases for over 9 years.
