A Veteran owned general contracting company that primarily renovates and remodels VA hospitals located in the southeast areas; South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Superintendent

Oversee projects from $50k and in excess of $10 million. Responsible for managing sub-contractors, coordinating meetings with engineers and architects, generate three week to a month schedules, maintaining all OSHA safety requirements. Submit daily site reports, weekly safety meetings, reviewing and verifying specs and submittals. Coordinate and consolidate phased work, control time and job costs; schedule and coordinate shut downs of sprinkler systems and power grids while maintaining active operating rooms.
