Experience

Conventional and CNC Plastic Injection Mold Making experience, form and electrode grinding, as well as shut offs. Bench work polishing some EDM work lead jobs. 3D Hard milling close tolerance as well as electrodes and mold components. Holding +/- .0002 tolerances throughout completion of the project. Setting up and running up to four machining centers at a time, also mold components, cores, cavities slides and locks as well as primary and secondary vents. Can run and set up tooling for Makino E33and V22 with Professional 5&3 Controls and Makino S56 Professional 3, Roku – Roku Fanuc Series 16 – M also Cincinnati Saber and Arrow with Cincinnati controls.
