Design Engineer: CCS OSTEM PROJECTS AND EQUIPMENT PVT.LTD. (Oct 2012-present)

Summary: Working in Fabrication department as design engineer. Majorly involved in designing of cone crusher, jaw crusher, conveyor, hopper etc.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for complete mechanical design of cone crusher, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, conveyor etc. for Domestic

Markets.

Assigned with the tasks of selection of Bearings, panel, seal, belt, motor etc. for crusher.

Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerance and documenting results. Known for quality excellence and a “do-it-right-the-first-time” design standard.

Assigned with the task of studying International Standard and finding the Equivalent Indian Standards.

Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for fabrication..

Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material procurement and play active role in helping the purchase

dept. in developing these new materials.

Assigned with the tasks of planning, conducting and providing guidance to staff in areas of mechanical design development.

Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of a machine before it is released for manufacturing.

Handled the job of checking and correcting the drawings of components of a machine before it is delivered for manufacturing.

Involved in training of new Engineers joining the Design Department.

Assigned with the task of checking the design made by trainees and approving the same.

Assigned with the task of introducing “5S Principles” in design department.

Solving problems in the shopfloor by working closely with production people involved in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas.

Design Engineer: SPN ENGINEERING WORKSHOP (Jan 2012-Sep 2012)

Summary: SPN ENGG is ISO certified company. It is manufacturer of all type Rice Mills Machinery as well equipped tool room and design.

Job Responsibility:

Design for All Rice Mills Machines.

Design for Paddy Cleaner, Rice Whitener, Elevator, Sheller & etc.

Design for welding fixture, receiver gauge, pipe bending receiving fixtures & gauges.

Convert 2D drawings in 3D.

Jr.Design Engineer: MASTER TOOLS & GAUGES (Dec 2009-Nov 2011)

Summary: Master tools & gauges is ISO certified company. It is manufacturer of industrial jigs, gauges, fixture & SPM Machines. It has well equipped tool room and design.

Job Responsibility:

Design for all type fixtures(receiving gauge, drilling jig etc.).

To check and rectify the drawing before manufacturing.

Direct discussion with the customer for design related issues.

Project Details

Work on 100 TPH & 200 TPH cone crusher.

Work on hopper.

Work on troler,vibrating screen.

Participate in EXCON 2013(MACHINE EXHIBITION).

Participate in BAUMA 2015(MACHINE EXHIBITION).
