SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCES

I have over 13 years of extensive working experiences in the electric & instrument process, in various practices on quality control new fabrication, construction, installation (erection), mechanical completions, pre- commissioning and maintenance of Oil and Gas platform onshore and offshore. Front End Engineering Design (FEED); Project document: procedure, project specification, vendor document, project drawing, testing&inspection document, QA/QC document and dossier (DAC, hand over certificate). Witness current injection test for transformer, MCC, Switchgear and Witness Battery Charge Test. Knowledge in to evaluate Factory Acceptance Test. Inspection of electrical installation switchgear and MCC, transformers, UPS systems & motors. Inspect on lighting, instrument; pressure, temperature, level, flow, Fire and Gas detectors.I did fabrication, installation support and equipments all types on platforms. Having worked my way from a surface defects and discontinuities from welding for fabrication and installation electric&instrument support on platform. I am experience in offshore to finishing project all equipments in electric&instrument process for revision and additional of modern electric system, such as instrument, fire protection and Gas system, Valve control panel and power control (LV,MV and HV). I am capable of ensuring that call client’s specification, QC Procedures, and International code and standards are complied with as well as maintaining a high standard of safety. I have always considered myself to have a good relationship with the client and my managers. I am hard working and I follow company safety policies and procedures and I also lead a good example to those people working under me. Safety is always my first thought.
