I have owned and operated my own Insurance Agency, with multiple locations, and during that time effectively used my time and management skills to increase revenue and keep operations running as smoothly as possible. I later took those skills to future employers and was able to help those companies excel as well. Piercey Toyota has opened an Allstate Insurance full service location at Piercey Toyota in Milpitas. High volume dealership who's insurance needs will be assisted by inside Allstate agency. Provide a valuable service to Piercey Toyota and its 1,000's of monthly customers 7 days a week. In charge of hiring, scheduling and establishing agency processes and procedures.

Internet Sales Manager December 2014 – April 2015

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to responding to customer online inquiries regarding vehicles for sale. In addition to talking and responding to client, would set appointments, do vehicle demonstrations, and negotiate price up to the point of finance where they would sign sales contract.
