It is in edible oil industries (Physical Refinery-Oiltak, C.M.B Fractionation, Alfa level, Desmet Fractionation 500 ton, Chemical refinery-sunflower), Soap Plant- Soafinecation, Soap Packaging Section, laundry soap, silicate, plastic plant. Shorting section: - Fat Packaging Area, Steam Boiler, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES OPERATION & MAINTENANCE AREAS OF EXPOSURE

To look after preventive and breakdown maintenance of complete electrical and instrument utility of continuous rolling.

Responsible for plant to maintain with all respect to electrical, instrumentation and control and utility with breakdown, preventive, spare control and documentation calibration and man power handling, For Plant such as 300 Matrix ton refinery capasity, silicate plant, laundry soap, plastic pouch packing and filling,

Steam Boiler- Wood Pac Steam Boiler, Thermax Cocomax Steam Boiler, House Pac Steam Boiler,16tph biomass boiler, hp boiler, compressor, chiller, DG, HT/LT, capacitor bank, security light, Fire hydrant system, Tank farm, ETP plant and support to new machine installation and commissioning and testing

General maintenance of all mountings like steam valves, FD and ID fans, Furnace areas etc.

Daily Reporting the plant conditions and activities to Mechanical and Production managers.

Motivate and train the operators and enable them to finish the work independently and within the time.

Monthly plant report preparation and as Engineering Team Leader etc.

General supervision of maintenance of all types of conveyors e.g. screw, ribbon, pedal, redllor, slot conveyors and bucket elevators.

Maintenance of gearboxes (worm type, motor, squirrel gearboxes)

Heavy machinery maintenance like screw press, 15 ton per hour (tph) and digesters, clarifiers, hydro cyclone systems, and steam operated radiators and expellers.

Maintenance of Steam boilers 6, 8 Tph

Responsible to maintenance utility (air compressor, Air dryer, boiler, scissor lift, DG set EOT cranes, HVAC, AHU, cooling tower), extruder molding machine and extruder molding machine, special purpose machine, fire & alarm system.

Calibration of sensor, Transducer, HART transmitter, controller, final control element

Knowledge about hydraulic and pneumatic system, pumps, control valve

Planning, estimation and supervision of Maintenance requirement for technical of structural support for different multilevel heavy machinery like crushing machines, vibrating screens, conveyor gantries and pulley frames.
