Single USACE Project listed as:

3rd PM retained to salvage a poorly staffed and financed USACE project, I oversaw the day to day operations.

• Authored the Daily / Weekly / Monthly USACE Status Reports

• Conducted weekly safety briefing, in English and Spanish Although many words of praise for the progress I was able to bring to the project, it was later revealed that the USACE had already elected to foreclose on the project in early February. It wasn’t ill June that the project was taken away from Highmark.

Construction Management Advisor to CENTCOM Contracting, Kandahar, Afghanistan As of March 2012, I had been appointed Trinetics Country Manager for Personnel. I advised CENTCOM Contracting on their construction needs; Reviewed SOWs for accuracy and compliance to contracting regulations.

On-Site Architects' and Engineers' Construction Representative for the construction of the Battlefield Health and Trauma Center, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, a $110 million medical research facility. On-Site liaison between the A&Es, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Contractor and the End User of the facility.
